What is the protocol for hand delivering tickets?

If you are able to hand deliver your tickets and they sell, the Optimal Support team will provide you with the customer name and phone number. You are responsible for contacting the customer and arranging a time and location on the venue premises to meet up. We do not recommend this option unless you are familiar with hand-delivering tickets.
