How do I ship my tickets?

If the tickets are in hand 7 days or more prior to the event, please ship all your inventory to the Optimal Support team to handle the delivery:

If the tickets will not be in hand until the week of the event, Optimal will provide you an Airbill and you will be responsible for shipping the tickets to the buyer. Once the Airbill is in your possession, the tickets need to be shipped out as soon as possible.
