Why is my inventory not mapping to Ticketmaster?
There are several common reasons why inventory would not be showing on Ticketmaster:
- Barcodes have not pulled through
- Resale is not enabled for that event
- The Ticketmaster manifest needs to be updated
- The tickets are priced below face value
- We need to contact Ticketmaster Support for further investigation
