Why is my inventory not mapping to Stubhub?
There are several common reasons why inventory would not be showing on Stubhub:
- Barcodes are not in
- The section name needs to be updated
- Hard Stock Inventory drops off of Stubhub 48 hours prior to the event
- PDFs are not loaded for an e-ticket event
- An invoice on the ticket needs to be paid
- We need to add in manual mapping
- We need to contact the SH mapping team for further investigation
