Why aren’t my most recent purchases showing in my inventory?
If you are not able to see your most recent purchases in Optimal, your purchases are likely either stuck in an incomplete status or are in the mapping queue.
Orders stuck in incomplete status can be pushed through manually by support. Please reach out to support@optimaldistributiongroup.com with ticket details.
The mapping queue houses any inventory where the event name does not match what is in Optimal or the event has not been created in Optimal yet. Optimal support monitors the mapping queue and pushes events through when possible.
Support may need to reach out to the mapping team to create a new event, which may delay tickets being added to your inventory by an estimated 24 hours. If you suspect your tickets are incorrectly mapped, or the event is not created yet, please reach out to support@optimaldistributiongroup.com with ticket details.
