What does Auto PO mean?

Auto PO indicates that any purchase from Ticketmaster or Tickets.com bought using an active purchasing account will automatically be added to your inventory. In this case, a Purchase Order (PO) is created for you and tickets are added to your own inventory.

Please keep in mind that settings applied to your Auto-PO listings will always default, including settings for Broadcasting, Zones, Seat types, and Split Type.

Default Split Type:

As ticket groups are being sold, the Split Type option allows you to control whether the minimum sale group is sold as single tickets or as a pair. However, the default for normal tickets (Section / Row/ Seat) differ from General Admission (GA).

GA Tickets: Default to "ANY": This means your ticket group can be sold as individual tickets or as pairs. You may return to your ticket listing details and modify this setting once your inventory has PO.

All other ticket types: "Never leave one": This is the preferred option and which is defaulted to maximize your chances at selling your last tickets as a pair.
