What if my inventory is already listed through another Point of Sale?

Please delete all your inventory from other sources before you list in Optimal. If you leave your inventory up on other platforms, you run the risk of double sales. Optimal cannot detect if your inventory has sold through another platform, so you are solely responsible for communicating that you need inventory removed. If you do not communicate this or it is communicated too late and a double sale has occurred, Optimal is not responsible for any penalties incurred. If Optimal Distribution Group has to handle a double sale caused by this issue, you run the risk of the invoice being removed from your sales and/or your account being charged for the cost of replacement tickets.
