What do I need to do after my tickets sell?

If listing mobile or PDF tickets, you do not need to do anything once your ticket sells. Optimal will automatically remove your tickets from all other marketplaces to eliminate the risk of double selling. We also manage the fulfillment (getting the ticket to the buyer), as well as collecting payment from the marketplace. Once we’ve received the payment, you will be issued your payment (minus any fees from Optimal) via ACH.

The only action needed is if you've listed hard stock tickets that need to be mailed to the buyer. If you are in possession of paper tickets, they can be sent to the Optimal office and our team will ensure delivery to the buyer. Note that paper tickets must be received by Optimal at least 7 days prior to the event.

If the tickets will not be in hand until the week of the event, Optimal will provide you an Airbill and you will be responsible for shipping the tickets to the buyer. Once the Airbill is in your possession, the tickets need to be shipped out as soon as possible.
