How can I tell if my tickets sold?
Sold tickets can be found in a couple of areas of Optimal.
- If looking to see if tickets sold for a specific event, you may search for that event in your “Inventory” tab by searching the event name and viewing how many are available vs. sold on the individual event listing.
- Navigate to the “Sales” tab to view all ticket sales for all events for which you’ve listed tickets. Search for a specific event name in the search bar on the top of the page or filter by date to get more specific.
Additionally, if you’ve opted in to receive email notifications, you will receive an alert whenever tickets have been sold.
