Optimal Newsletter - Feb 4, 2025

Check out the new product features and enhancements announced in the February 4th newsletter.

Low Price Alerts

Avoid possible erroneous price adjustments with low price alerts. By default, the system will warn you if you change a ticket price to 50% or less of either the face value or current list price. You can adjust this threshold yourself or disable alerts entirely in your profile settings.
Sticky Filtering
Tired of resetting your filters every time you return to a page you were just on? Not anymore! We've updated the system to remember previous filters used on each page so you don't have to waste time re-filtering. This update applies to the dashboard, sales, purchases, inventory, reports, and payments pages.
Single Date Filtering
Interested in looking at data for a specific day? You can now pick the same date for the start and end date when filtering data anywhere in the system to allow single-day views.
Improved Searchability
Some dropdown fields are long and challenging to scroll through to find what you need. To ease the selection process, we've added search functionality to all vendor, attributes, and disclosures dropdowns through the system.
Corrected Profit Margins
Did your profit margins in sales notification emails look a little off? We've corrected the profit margin calculations so they should now reflect the correct percentage.
Mass Editing of Attributes
Doing bulk updates of your inventory is now a little easier with mass edit functionality for attributes. You can update attributes in the same manner you've been able to mass edit disclosures.
