How do I upload paper tickets?

Paper tickets cannot be uploaded. If you are currently in possession of paper tickets, they can be sent to the Optimal office and our team will ensure delivery to the buyer. Note that paper tickets must be received by Optimal at least 7 days prior to the event.

If the tickets will not in hand until the week of the event, Optimal will provide you an Airbill and you will be responsible for shipping the tickets to the buyer. Once the Airbill is in your possession, the tickets need to be shipped out as soon as possible.
