How do I set up email notifications?

Optimal can email you when key actions have happened with your tickets. Current options for email notifications include:

  • Individual sale
  • Inventory added
  • Daily sale summary
  • Payment complete

To opt in or out of any of these notifications, click on your name in the lower left corner to access your settings, select your desired notifications, and click save.

Note that your email address must be confirmed in order to receive emails. If it is not confirmed, you will see a note in red below the email field with a prompt to verify.
