How to Create Filters for Email Forwarding
In order to effectively fulfill orders and access accounts as needed, we ask that you create the following filters in your account(s) to automatically forward emails containing verification codes and password reset requests from TM and AXS to the Support@optimaldistributiongroup.com team.
To set this up, please follow the below steps
- Go to settings in your inbox. Click “See all settings”
- Click “Forwarding and POP/IMAP”
- Add the forwarding address - support@optimaldistributiongroup.com
Please reach out to support@optimaldistributiongroup.com and let us know which email you are requesting a code from
- Once the verification is complete, click “Filters and Blocked Addresses” and proceed with option 1 or 2 below
Option 1 - Filter Import
- Download the attached file to a location where you can access it
- Go to settings in your inbox. Click “See all settings”
- Click “Filters and Blocked Addresses”
- Select “Import Filters” near the bottom of the page
- Select “Choose File”
- Upload the file named “Buyer Forwarding” and click “Open File”
- Once the file has loaded, select “Create filters” and the filters will automatically populate into your account
Option 2 - Manual Filter Creation
- Go to settings in your inbox. Click “See all settings”
- Click “Filters and Blocked Addresses”
- Select “Create a new filter”
- In the Subject line, copy and paste - {"Verify Your Device With AXS"} OR {"Verify Your Email With AXS"} OR {"Here's Your Authentication Code"} OR {"Your request to reset password"} OR {"MLB Account Password Reset"} OR {"Verify your email address"}
- Click “Create Filter”
- Under the “Forward it to:” dropdown, select support@optimaldistributiongroup.com
- Select “Never send it to Spam"
Select “Create Filter” and confirm the filter has successfully been added.
