How do I set up Gmail forwarding for Google Voice messages?

If you have not already, please follow the instructions for setting up your Google Voice account prior to setting up forwarding. Instructions on setting up a Google Voice account can be found here.

1. Login to the Gmail account associated with your Google Voice phone number. This will be the email you used during the sign-up process in the Voice app.

2. Navigate to the settings tab in the top right corner of Gmail and select See all settings

3. Click on Forwarding and POP/IMAP

4. If support@optimaldistributiongroup.com is not already a forwarding address in your Gmail, select Add a forwarding address. If you are currently forwarding any emails to support, you do not need to complete step 5.

5. Paste support@optimaldistributiongroup.com into the pop-up window. Gmail will require a member of the support team to confirm the forwarding or send you the confirmation code. Please reach out to support immediately after you click Next on the pop-up window to confirm the forwarding rules.

6. Click on Filters and Blocked Address

7. Paste voice-noreply@google.com into the From field box and "Your AXS verification code" into the Has the words field box. Click Create Filter.

8. Select Forward it to: and choose support@optimaldistributiongroup.com and select Never sent it to Spam. Click Create Filter.
