How do a remove a marketplace from distribution?

If you wish to remove any marketplaces from your distribution network, you can do so when listing tickets or at any time after tickets have been broadcast.

To remove a marketplace when listing tickets:

  • In the internal notes section, add "-" and the initials of the marketplace you wish you remove (i.e. -sh for StubHub). Specific marketplace initials can be found at the bottom of this article.
  • Be sure there are no spaces between the "-" and the marketplace initials. 
  • Marketplace initials should be in lowercase. 

To remove a marketplace after broadcasting tickets:

  • Locate your tickets in your Inventory.
  • Select the ticket groupings you wish to edit.
  • Click "Mass Edit" button at the top of the Inventory listing.
  • Toggle "Marketplaces" on to edit which marketplaces you wish to remove.
  • Click "Save."

  • StubHub:  -sh
  • Ticketmaster:  -tm
  • Seatgeek:  -sg
  • Vivid Seats: -vivid
  • Gametime: -gt
  • TickPick: -tp
  • Viagogo: -via
  • AXS: -axs
  • Ticket Evolution: -tevo
  • Ticket Network: -tn
