How do I list parking passes

To add parking passes for events, navigate to the Inventory page and click "Add Inventory." Search for the event with "parking" at the end of the event name. For example, "Jimmy Buffet Parking." 

Parking events will always be a separate from the main event in Optimal. If you don't see your event with "parking" in the event name, DO NOT list your ticket(s) under the main event. Please contact the Optimal support team to request the event be added into Optimal. 

When listing the parking pass, always include the word "parking" in the section name of the event. For example, if you have a parking pass in Lot 1, list the section as "Lot 1 Parking" or "Parking Lot 1." Do not list just "Lot 1."

If a row and seat number are listed on the parking ticket, they should be listed exactly as they appear. Row and seat numbers are required fields in Optimal, so if your parking ticket does not include these, list the row as GA Parking and assign the seat number as 1.
